Tailorzyme ApS is a financially independent and debt free biotech company with a long-term strategy. Established in 2015 by Lars Peter Andersen and Bent Piil Pedersen.
The team has a total of more than 100 years’ experience in application of enzymes for industrial purposes or in enzyme research and discovery.
Tailormade Solutions
Tailorzyme designs enzyme solutions optimized for the customer’s substrate and process requirements. We work with both food- and technical applications in close collaboration with customers and develop new enzymes for industrial applications.

Tailorzyme has identified two goals that are aligned with our vision and strategy focus: Responsible consumption and production as well as climate action.
Why have we chosen these two UN goals?
Enzymes are the solution to exploit the raw materials and give less waste – hence a responsible consumption of the world’s rare raw materials.
Enzymes is also the answer to consume less energy as enzymes will be able to speed up processes, so less boiling or heating is needed.
